Accessibility

The property is located on the first floor, up one set of steps, so is not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone with walking difficulties.

Pool

The shared pool at the front of the apartment is privately owned but open to anyone. Beds are €3 for the day.  Open 11 AM - 7 PM daily.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The access information is located on the router.

Housekeeping

The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for arrival. Adequate bed linen and bath towels will be provided. Cleaning will take place once per week by property management services located in Son Bou. Should you require additional cleaning and/or towel/linen changes, please consult the tariffs in reception.

Awning

Please close when leaving the apartment each day to prevent damage. 

Electrics

The electricity box is located to the right of the front door. If the electricity trips, access the box located in the cupboard at the front door and flick the switch back on.

Fan/Light

The fan/light is operated by first switching on the light switch on the wall. There are two chains – one for the light, the other for the fan. There are three speeds - select by pulling gently on one of the chains. From the OFF position pull once for fast, twice for medium, three times for slow and again to switch of. The light and fan can be used together or separately by using the chain control. Please switch of when leaving the apartment. 

Rubbish

On departure, please empty all bins. There are recycle and general bins on the main road behind the apartment.
